Stop the Chatter: Sleep Music, Isochronic Tones

Helps induce sleep for people who have frequent insomnia due to overactive, chattery minds.
This session ramps down to the “schumann resonance” frequency, 7.83 Hz, or high theta. This protocol seems to be particularly useful at inducing sleep in those who have insomnia due to overactive, chattery minds.
This is recorded using warm ambient music with panning effects and Isochronic tones.
Use this session while in bed, to help guide your brain to a relaxed, natural sleep.
This session should be used in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.
This session can be used with or without headphones.

During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible.
