3 Hours Relaxing Music | Water Sounds | Isochronic Tones | Alpha

Time to relax with this lovely relaxing music by Kevin McLeod. This session is a 10 Hz Alpha session, called “Daydream Meditation” because the session approximates the state of mind people are in when deeply involved in a daydream.

Use this session in a quiet, comfortable place, free of distraction, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax. Your eyes should be closed.
Headphones are not required for Isochronic Tones. If it is noisy then by all means use them.
